Verification criteria are configurable per role and market. The current defaults:
Readiness threshold
Overall readiness at or above the configured verification threshold (currently 85).
Interview evidence
A minimum of 8 evaluated AI interviews across technical, architecture and behavioral formats.
Critical skills satisfied
Every skill marked critical for the target role at or above its required score.
Simulations completed
At least 3 scored work simulations relevant to the target role.
Profile verified
Identity and career history confirmed. Human review is part of the verification decision.
Verified candidates receive a unique verification ID, a dated certificate and a shareable Capability Passport. Verification can be reviewed and revoked by ZOVOQO administrators — trust is maintained, not assumed.
